Meet Cid

Cid founded Bespoke Body with a mission to motivate others to find vitality through commitment, intelligent movement and clean nutrition. She honed her focus and found a solution in the corrective system of Contrology.

J.H. Pilates incorporated breath work, mental focus, physical fitness, and needs for proper nutrition and sleep into his system of Contrology.

Cid has the unique experience of studying with Joe’s student, Jay Grimes. He shares the work exactly as it was taught to him.

Being selected for The Method teachers’ program at Vintage Pilates, founded by the immeasurable Sandy Shimoda and home of Jay, has been instrumental to her growth as a teacher, business owner, and student.

Sharing this authentic and complete method with students of all ages and degrees of physicality is Cid’s great joy.

Three Prong Program

COMMIT. Mindset & Motivation

You must commit to yourself; that is the key. I believe in the power of small group training. Friends with similar goals taking advantage of a custom workout with personal attention delivers impactful results quickly. There is a big benefit of friends motivating and challenging you! The ultimate time:reward benefit is found with private training. Private training maximizes efficient use of time with a fully customized plan for your life inside and out of the studio. If group fitness motivates you, the classes still offer modifications for various muscle targets and injuries. The most rewarding part of this work is the client transformations after they make one of these commitments.

EAT. Clean Nutritional Dense Food

I have developed manuals for different diets you may choose that pull together research for you. It takes the guess work out of the internet. With private training, the Bespoke Renewal, or in the online studio you can access the self-assessment to determine your perfect nutritional plan, a getting started guide with the not-so-basic basics, food categories and downloadable lists, ways to stay motivated, shopping lists, and a page of resources and links.
